How to come ?

The university of South Britanny is committed to environmental protection. Whenever possible, please use the train to reduce your carbon footprint.

By train:

For many participants, Lorient can be reached by train (direct, 3h), from Paris (Montparnasse railway station) or Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport.

By car: 

2 hours from Nantes, or Brest.

Parking is easy around the Cité de la voile.

Car is recommended for tourism around the city but many monuments are accessible by bus or walking. 

By plane:

Closest airports are in Nantes and Brest. Then Lorient can be reached easely with a rented car (2 hours) or by train (also 2 hours).
