Workshop Registration Fees

The registration fees are as follow:

• Full price: €450 excl. VAT (€495 incl. VAT)
• Reduced price (PhD student): €275 excl. VAT (€302.5 incl. VAT)
• Exhibitor price: €1200 excl. VAT (€1320 incl. VAT)
• Accompanying persons: €100 (incl. VAT)

The registration fees include lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, the gala dinner, a sightseeing tour, and coffee breaks.

For exhibitors, this includes in addition a prime spot in the coffee break area with the option to set up an exhibition stand.

 Please note that for accompanying persons attending the gala dinner, a separate registration must be made individually (please choose accompanying person as a status). Registration fees for accompanying persons include the sightseeing tour and gala dinner.
